25 years old Sukhdeep SinghAn Indian man arrested in Indiana for causing a three-vehicle crash while driving a truck that killed a 64-year-old man has been detained by ICE because he not only caused death by driving incorrectly but was also illegally present in Indiana. There was a huge outrage when another Indian was caught driving a killer truck that ran a red light. Singer has reportedly been living illegally in Indiana. He was captured at the border in 2018 by the first Trump administration as a minor but was later released. He officially resides in New York, and as of January of this year, he resides in New Palestine, Indiana. “Looking at his driving history in Indiana, he has been issued 5 citations since 2022 and many are wondering how he got his CDL in Indiana. We don’t know the answer yet,” said Fox anchor Angela Garnaut. Garnaut claims Singer is a repeat offender. “After a crash on Harding Street on January 8, he was ticketed for not having insurance. He had previously received three speeding tickets, charged with driving a Model 70 for 89 kilometers, driving a Model 55 for 76 kilometers and driving a Model 74-55. He was also ticketed for failure to register. And of course, there was the fatal crash yesterday on February 18th,” Garnaut said.
How did the accident happen?
This is a three-vehicle crash reported on US 36 on Wednesday. The accident occurred at the intersection of that road and County Road 525 East. Singer was driving a Freightliner semi-truck with a trailer. It ran a red light at the intersection, hitting a Chevrolet and then a Chrysler in the left turn lane. The owner of the Chevrolet, identified as 64-year-old Terry Schultz, was pronounced dead at the scene.
