Kinlee Hoyle: Five things to know about Butler police in chief’s spam report ahead of Trump assassination attempt

Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones slams reports that Deputy Kinlee Hoyle emailed thomas matthew crooksthe man was shot dead after allegedly trying to assassinate Donald Trump when he ran for president.

“Earlier today, a completely false “news” report circulated online implicating Butler County, Ohio Deputy Kinley Hoyle in the tragic assassination of President Donald Trump in Butler County, pennsylvania. Irresponsible reporting like this is unacceptable and puts officers at risk. We should expect and demand better from our news media. ” wrote The Sheriff tagged David J Harris Jr, who had a segment on NewsMax.

Harris Jr., who often expresses pro-Trump sentiments, wrote on the Elon Musk-owned platform that Hoyle had previously communicated with Crooks.

“Newly released FBI records obtained by Judicial Watch show that Deputy Sheriff Kinley Hoyle had two email exchanges with Thomas Matthew Crooks prior to the July 13, 2024 assassination of President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. The contents of those emails remain heavily redacted, but the deputy confirmed the communications in interviews after the incident. This adds another layer of questions about the pre-rally interactions between law enforcement and the shooter,” he said explain.

Originally, Joe Hoft of the conservative news site The Gateway Pundit said report Emails sent by the Butler Sheriff’s Office to Thomas Crooks before the assassination attempt on Trump. According to the report, an FBI electronic communication showed the Butler County Sheriff’s Office exchanged two emails with Thomas Matthew Crooks before the July 13, 2024, assassination attempt.

However, the report did not mention Hoyle. Amid questions about Hoyle’s controversy and what’s happening in Pennsylvania, here’s everything you need to know about the Butler County deputy.

Deputy Kinley Hoyle: 5 things you need to know

  1. Hoyle is originally from Ohio and graduated from Butler Tech Police Academy.
  2. Butler Tech’s alumni page notes that Hoyle was working as a corrections officer for the Sheriff’s Office at the time. “I really enjoy working in prisons,” Hoyle said of working in prisons.
  3. Hoyle’s father, who also worked in law enforcement, was her inspiration. “The first person who inspired me was my dad. He was also in law enforcement, so it’s in my blood,” she shared.
  4. After graduation, Hoyle was sworn in with the Butler County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division. Sheriff Jones was full of praise for her at the time. “After an extensive review of many qualified candidates for the Butler County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division, Deputy Kinlee Hoyle stood out as our top choice. Her drive to achieve her goals is evident in her attitude, her physical preparation and her genuine compassion for serving others.   5. Hoyle is a weightlifter. “I squat 336 pounds, deadlift 352 pounds, and bench 166 pounds. I love the community it brings,” she shared.
