Meanwhile, in Florida, Joseph was also charged with lewd and lascivious conduct on a victim under the age of 12 and a person 18 or older. Police have confirmed the Arkansas charges are not related to Joseph’s case in Florida, Page Six reported.

Joseph, whose family stars in the TLC reality show “19 Kids and Counting,” was arrested in Tondetown, Arkansas, and will be extradited to Bay County, Florida, officials said, according to the BBC. Duggar’s older brother, Josh Duggar, was previously accused of molesting five children, including his four sisters. Josh has been serving a 12-year prison sentence since 2022 for receiving and possessing child sexual abuse images.
