SRINAGAR: Kashmiri politicians from all parties met Iranian Ambassador Mohammad Fatali in New Delhi on Monday and expressed grief over the killing of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and termed the US-Israeli attack as “barbaric”.The meeting follows widespread protests in Kashmir over the murder of Khamenei in an attack last week. “The people of Kashmir stand with the brave and resilient people of Iran,” Peoples Democratic Party chief and former J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti said outside the Iranian embassy.National Conference (NC) Omar Abdullah said party MPs Chaudhry Mohammad Ramzan, Sajjad Ahmed Kichiru and Gurwinder Singh Oberoi met Fatali and signed a book of condolence on Khamenei’s “martyrdom”.
