Jinger Duggar Vuolo and her spouse Jeremy Vuolo have finally resolved the issue of her brother Joseph Duggar being arrested for child molestation.
Joseph was taken into custody on March 18 and faces charges of lewd and lascivious conduct with a victim under 12 years of age and lewd and lascivious conduct with a victim 18 years of age or older.
The former reality TV personality is also accused of molesting a 9-year-old girl in Florida in 2020, according to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.

Jeremy called the news “devastating” during an appearance on the couple’s podcast on Wednesday, stressing that “it’s been a really rough week” for the couple, Page Six reported.
“These few weeks have felt like years. I didn’t think my heart would be as broken as it is this week,” added Ginger, who has been married to Jeremy since 2016.
Speaking about the pain and sadness they have experienced over the situation, the former “Lean On” star said the impact it has had on so many people is “unimaginable” and “so difficult and painful on so many levels”.
Jeremy further said the pair were thinking of the victim, who showed extraordinary courage when she came forward to accuse 31-year-old Joseph.
“The impact this has on young people’s lives is unimaginable,” Jeremy said. “And then seeing the ripple effect of this horrific crime… I think that’s the most important thing for me, the thought that came to mind: [about] The horror of such crimes has affected so many people over the years. “
He said they were “praying for the victims and all those affected.”
Ginger then brought up her brother Josh, who was earlier charged with molesting minors, including their sisters Jill and Jessa, and is currently incarcerated for receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material.
“The pain and hurt this has caused us…it’s hard sometimes to know what to do, to move on. You just feel the weight of it,” she commented.
The girl, now 14, said Joseph asked her to sit on the couch next to him, then he covered them with a blanket and touched her private parts inappropriately. The charges also state that Joseph rubbed his hands on her thighs.
Joseph confessed to the crime when confronted by the victim’s father, officials said.
Following Joseph’s arrest, he and his wife Kendra were both charged with endangerment of a minor and false imprisonment after law enforcement conducted a home inspection and discovered several suspicious locks at their residence.
Kendra, who has four children with Joseph, was arrested Friday and taken to the Washington County Detention Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was released hours later on $1,470 bail.
