“I went to Chud the Builder’s $1.25 million bail hearing to show my support, got arrested and was sentenced by the judge (the maximum sentence he could sentence me to) to 10 days in solitary confinement!!!” Long wrote on
“After a while, as I was nodding my head in agreement with Chad’s video during the interview, the bailiff asked me to leave the courtroom too! I stood up, calmly exited, and said in a normal tone: ‘This is two levels of justice!’ “I am now in the Montgomery County Jail starving for two days because they refused to give me kosher food!!” he added.

Long claims he was told his kosher dietary request was denied and that he would be placed on suicide watch if he refused to eat. He said he was also told he would be moving in with someone, but he didn’t know who it would be.
“I showed up at Chad’s hearing because I know what it’s like to be turned around in a courtroom with your life on the line, with no one watching but your parents. I wanted to make sure Chad didn’t experience the pain I experienced as a political prisoner on January 6th for four years and six days,” Jack said. “I stood up and said something, because that’s what righteous people do. As long as good people do nothing, evil will succeed. Not me. As for me, in my house, we will serve the Lord. Free Chad.”

Long himself did not share the post because he was allegedly held in solitary confinement. The person who shared the post on behalf of Lang also posted a second update.
“Second update – I was on the phone with Jack yesterday and got this message from him, he was yelling in his cell, begging to be fed, and saying how hungry he was. Seconds later, Supervisor Black and another man walked into his cell, said he was coming with them, handcuffed him, and took him away. I haven’t heard from Jack in over 24 hours because they took away his phone privileges just to beg for food!!!” the post read. “I videotaped the whole thing. It’s disturbing and disgusting.”
The post continued, “I called the jail dozens of times yesterday and today and they refused to tell me where he was being taken or let him talk to me. Every lieutenant, supervisor, etc. I talked to yesterday and today gave me a different story and lied constantly to cover up what they were doing. These people are evil and sick!!!! I documented all of these calls as well.”
It added, “I spent three days calling every attorney and law firm in Clarksville, Tennessee, and not a single attorney was willing to help Jack because he was arrested at a Chad court hearing. These spineless cowards are afraid to put their names anywhere to do with Chad. Between the insane power hungry lunatic judge, the weak and pathetic attorneys, and the evil scum of the Montgomery County Jail, this is an absolute nightmare. Lord, save us.”
The Sheriff’s Office said ChudTheBuilder, 28, whose real name is Dalton Etherly Charged with attempted murder, use of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. He is currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail until an arraignment hearing to set bail.
