Talking about her background, Vijay revealed that she was raised by a single father in a traditional Indian family where expectations were often low.“They told my father you couldn’t raise these two girls as a single parent,” she said. “My sister is a doctor and I am apprentice. What more could a father ask for? “Vijay also praised her fellow finalists, saying: “I absolutely love Pascha. I think she’s very inspiring and the most deserving.”Her victory marks a major milestone in her journey, and she now has a commercial partnership with Lord Sugar and has secured an investment of £250,000.
