‘India has no shortage of energy’: Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri over supply concerns amid US-Iran war

Since 2022, imports from Russia have increased significantly. India has also started importing LPG from the US, with the public sector company signing a one-year contract in November 2025 to purchase around 2.2 million tonnes of LPG per annum from the US Gulf Coast till 2026.
