In this election, fear will be driven out of Bengal. A great victory of the BJP will awaken confidence. I assure you that after this election, their (TMC) sins will be fully reckoned with and will be addressed one by one. After May 4, the law will take its course and no matter how big the goons are, justice will be done this time. Get served” Prime Minister Modi explain.“On one hand there is fear of TMC and on the other hand there is trust in the BJP. On one hand there is fear of TMC cutting money and corruption and on the other hand there is trust in the BJP, which can accelerate things. On one hand there is fear of infiltration and on the other hand trust in the BJP to drive infiltrators out of the country, which can accelerate things. On one hand there is fear of infiltration and on the other hand there is trust in the BJP. On the other hand people have faith in the BJP that it can drive infiltrators out of the country,” he added.Prime Minister Modi also mentioned that the government has convened a special session of Parliament to pass a bill to implement the Women’s Reservation Act in the 2029 Lok Sabha polls. Also read: ‘Votes will be sought in PM Modi’s name’: Bengal BJP president Samik Bhattacharya on party’s CM’s face“So far, the BJP government at the Center has provided various basic facilities to our sisters. We have provided help to three crore sisters Rakhpati Didis, but it is very necessary that the role of women is more important in the decisions taken for the country.” Therefore, our government has enacted a law to reserve 33% seats for women in the Lok Sabha and state assemblies. Efforts are now being made to ensure that sisters across the country, including West Bengal, benefit from it starting from the 2029 Lok Sabha elections,” he said.“Therefore, the government has scheduled a special session of Parliament for April 16, 17 and 18. This right of our mothers and sisters has been pending for 40 years. Any further delay would be wrong. I again assure all states across the country from Kuchi Behar that those states that have done a good job in population control will not face any loss of seats. Everyone benefits. The participation of all countries and the rights of everyone will continue to be protected. We want this to be firmly borne in mind in Parliament that women’s seats should be increased so that states can derive significant benefits from it,” he added.Prime Minister Modi also claimed that the TMC government does not consider any constitutional institution to be of any importance.“Under the brutal TMC government, democracy is bleeding every day on the sacred soil of Bengal,” the Prime Minister asserted.Prime Minister Modi said the situation here was so bad that the Supreme Court had to intervene and claimed that the TMC was bent on “murdering law and order”.A few days ago, seven judicial officials, including three women, were detained for several hours by protesters inside the Kaliachak-II block development office in Malda district for allegedly deleting names from the electoral roll during an SIR exercise.West Bengal will go to polls in two phases on April 23 and 29, and counting of votes will take place on May 4.
