Savannah said in the message: “We received your message and we understand. We are begging you now to return our mother to us so we can celebrate with her. This is the only way we can have peace.”

“This is of great value to us and we will pay for it,” she said in a video post titled “Bring Her Home.”

“The word ‘celebrate’ stood out to me,” says former FBI agent
