David Wilcock: Nick Pope, Erich von Däniken’s deaths come amid concerns about UFO experts; ‘Certainly suspicious’

While authorities did not initially identify the man, many noted that Wilcock remained in the same area, raising concerns. Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna later confirmed the news of Wilcock’s death on X.

“We have just learned of the tragic passing of David Wilcock. We are praying for his family and loved ones and the millions of lives he impacted,” she wrote.

The news of Wilcock’s death reminded me of the name of another UFO expert – Nick Pope. Pope was in charge of the British government’s UFO program. His wife shared the news of his death on social media.

“My heart is broken – Nick (@nickpopemod) passed away this afternoon at our home,” she wrote. “In the last few weeks of his life, even in pain, he managed to conduct several interviews at home. I was lucky enough to know and marry Nick. He was a wonderful husband. I loved him so much,” Wes added.

Like Wilcock, Pope is a long-time guest on History Channel’s Ancient Aliens . In addition, he has written books such as “Open Skies” and “Closed Minds”, which demonstrate his interest in the investigation and study of ufology, or unidentified flying objects (UFOs), now sometimes referred to as unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs).

Several of Wilcock’s fans, who believe he has died, have mentioned Pope in social media posts in an attempt to find a pattern between the events, although there has been no confirmation whether Wilcock has died.
