Daphne Joy’s Instagram in spotlight for alleged bragging video; ‘While people are talking about…’

Most of these comments come from her latest post, which was posted a day ago. “Every day is Christmas…every night is New Year’s Eve,” Joey wrote in the caption.

Commenting on the post, one person wrote: “So we’re all here, for the same reason?!” referring to the video allegedly involving Diddy. Another commented: “Trying not to throw stones or judge but why would you want to be associated with someone like this?”.

That person was Dee Dee, who was convicted of two counts of transportation for prostitution. Another wrote: “Sometimes you have to tell him no.”

Meanwhile, one person spoke out in support of Joy, saying: “Despite all the talk, to me you will always be my goddess and the most beautiful woman in the world.”

“Everyone plays dumb sometimes and I was the biggest fool…I just wanted the man I was living to be happy and fulfilled…I wanted to grant all of his wishes…even if it meant breaking my own boundaries. I loved him deeply…and I believed he loved me back…,” she wrote.

“It’s still very painful for me to deal with the harsh realities and truths of this relationship…but as time goes by, in my quieter moments…I realize this is far from love…” Joey further added.

The model said the recent video was not one she agreed to be filmed.

“The most recent leak was a videotape that I never consented to being filmed. I was blackmailed by the person in the video and threatened that if I didn’t pay him a sum of money, they would leak it online… I almost gave in to the demand, and once I didn’t, the person ended up selling the tape to a major media outlet. One day, the media called me and said they had the tape and asked me about it before releasing it. Any comments… This is the first time in my life that I’ve fainted in my phone… Once the media companies learned that the tape they purchased was revenge porn and a blackmail scheme, they stopped airing it and I know they’re probably reading this and I want to say thank you for doing the right thing… even years later… it comes back to haunt me,” she said.

Joy added: “It took me an entire day to find the courage to rewatch my abusive experience. Watching this footage was triggering and painful because only I knew the turmoil and stress inside me in those moments. I never had a clear head throughout this entire relationship. It was painful to see myself so lost. I just wanted to hold that girl in that room and get her out of there. Tell her this wasn’t love and that she didn’t have to do this for love. My heart is breaking as I type this.”

“I wish a lot of things were different, but I can’t take back the hands of time. I can only move forward and slowly learn to love and trust myself again. I want so badly to love and protect myself and never be in such a toxic environment again. This is the first time I’ve ever felt a part of my body, that my body belongs to me. I’m precious, I’m special, I’m worthy…I swear, I will hold this in my heart for the woman I am becoming, for the woman I lost,” her post concluded.
