Ray Hartman, journalist from St. Louis and former congressional candidate, missouriHartman’s attorney confirmed that he died in a car crash on Thursday. Hartman was killed in an accident on Interstate 64 involving a semi-truck that had a wheel come off and hit Hartman’s car. He is 73 years old.
