“Based on the overwhelming interest shown, I will direct the Secretary of War and other relevant departments and agencies to begin identifying and releasing government documents related to aliens and extraterrestrial life, Unidentified Flying Objects (UAPs) and Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs),” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Thursday.

The president’s comments came after former President Barack Obama spoke about aliens and Trump claimed that Democrats leaked classified information.
Owens has earlier said she does not believe Elon Musk, Sam Altman or Peter Thiel are human, instead calling them hybrids. She went on to say that there was something strange about their eyes and she wasn’t even sure if they were bleeding.
Additionally, Owens went on to talk about “dark, demonic beings” and claimed that they are transhumanists who want to control humanity through artificial intelligence and “atheistic technology.” Today, a person on X retweeted a post from October 25, 2025.
There are also claims that Owens, who often raises conspiracy theories, may be able to uncover the truth about the mystery of extraterrestrial life. “Maybe Candace Owens can tell us all the truth,” one person wrote on X.

Someone else mentioned Owens’ many conspiracy theories after Charlie Kirk’s death, commenting “Candace Owens, aliens killed Charlie Kirk, or Charlie is the alien.” Notably, Turning Point USA founder Kirk was shot and killed while attending an event at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025.
Although Owens had many theories, including Israeli interference and the hands of TPUSA, she never provided any evidence to support her claims. However, her theory went viral on the internet, sparking massive controversy that eventually attracted TPUSA CEO and Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk.
Trump’s statement, meanwhile, was criticized by some who claimed the president was trying to “distract” attention from the issue of Jeffrey Epstein. The Justice Department has released the final batch of documents related to a convicted child sex offender, and Trump is named in the documents. However, the president urged Americans to “move on”; as a result of the Epstein matter, Trump and his Justice Department have been criticized by many for their overall handling of the matter.
