‘Anne Guthrie borrowed money from Nancy Guthrie before disappearing’: Shocking allegations in kidnapping case

Nancy Guthrie Still Not Found, A Self-Called Investigator’s Daughter Makes Shocking Allegations Anneauthorities are searching for the 84-year-old man. Guthrie She was reported missing on February 1 from her home in the Catalina Foothills near Tucson, Arizona. Authorities believe she was taken the night before.

it has been more than two months Since she was reported missing, not much progress has been made in the case shared with the public. After videos and images of the masked man at Guthrie’s home were released, neither the Pima County Sheriff’s Department nor the FBI, which is handling the case, released any information about possible suspects or where the octogenarian might be.

Due to the lack of answers, much public speculation has been circulating, a fair amount of it directed at Anne Guthrie and her husband Tommaso Cioni. Guthrie had dinner with his daughter Anne the night before she was reported missing, and Ceone reportedly then walked her home, making the two the last people to see her before she was taken away. Sione and Annie also lived near Guthrie, further fueling interest in the pair, which intensified when news broke that the Sheriff’s Office had impounded their vehicle. Interest in Sione and Anne initially arose when former NewsNation reporter Ashley Banfield reported that Sione was a possible suspect in the incident.

However, the Sheriff’s Office refuted her reports, and Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos later announced that none of the Guthrie family members were suspects.

Despite this, interest in the pair continued, with now self-proclaimed investigator Jonathan Lee-Riches making explosive claims about Annie Guthrie. Riches was on the ground in Tucson following the case, but returned after a while because no apparent progress was in sight. But now, he’s citing a source who has made shocking claims about members of the Guthrie family.

Jaguar Land Rover on Anne Guthrie

In a post on X, JLR said he was told Annie had borrowed money from Guthrie before he disappeared from her home. “It is my understanding that Anne borrowed money from Nancy Guthrie before disappearing from her home,” he wrote, sharing a photo of the two together. It is worth noting that there may be a financial angle to the crime due to the presence of a ransom note in this case.

However, Jaguar Land Rover did not outline who the source was or provide any other evidence to support his claims. HT.com was also unable to independently verify his claims.

In another article Jaguar Land Rover claim “No one has been exonerated in the Nancy Guthrie case,” contradicting the Sheriff’s direct statement about members of the Guthrie family.

The accusations about Anne came after legal documents initially claimed they were filed in her and Sione’s names. But it was discovered at the time that this was just a procedural matter and nothing unusual. While much of the public attention has been on the pair, Anne’s sister and Guthrie’s daughter, “Today” host Savannah, have come to their defense. She slammed the speculation surrounding them and insisted both loved Guthrie.

Former FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer, who has been sharing her insights into the case, also noted that Anne and Sione appeared to have a good relationship with Guthrie and were likely her main helpers because they lived closest to each other. She also argued that police might have kept their car longer because Guthrie would have been in the car and they might have been looking for forensic evidence. The former law enforcement official also explained that police officers may have had more contact with Annie and Sione throughout the case because they may have had more interactions with Guthrie than Savannah, who lives in New York, and Camron, who is also reportedly from out of town. Therefore, authorities may have been assuming that Anne and Sione would be able to provide them with the information they needed to find Guthrie.
