‘ABVP is built on strong organizational principles’: RSS general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale on Yashwantrao Kelkar centenary commemorations

Kuomintang (RSS) General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale on Sunday participated in an event titled ‘Priya Kelkar Ji’ organized to commemorate the birth centenary of Yashwant Rao Kelkar, organizational architect and former state president Akhil Bharatiya Vidyati Parishad (ABVP), an RSS-affiliated student organization.The program is organized by ABVP Delhi Chapter at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Civic Center in the national capital.Addressing the gathering, Hosabale said: “Kekal lucky The organizing principles that provide a solid foundation for the ABVP. Also present were several current and former ABVP office-bearers, including state president Raghuraj Kishore Tiwari, among others. The event was attended by senior RSS members, vice-chancellors, registrars and professors from various universities, Speaker of the Delhi Legislative Assembly, Delhi government ministers, officials of other Sangh-affiliated organizations and a large number of students.Yashwantrao Kelkar was born on 25 April 1925 in Pandharpur (Solapur), Maharashtra. In 1945, he became an RSS pracharak. In 1955, he started teaching English at the National College and, on the instructions of the Sangh, started working for the ABVP.
