Abetment case filed in Delhi judge’s death case

Police said Sharma’s relatives contacted police at around 1:45 pm on Saturday to report that the judge had locked himself in the bathroom.Safdarjung Enclave police station has registered a case of abetment and criminal conspiracy under the BNS department.Sharma obtained his LLB from Symbiosis Law College, Pune in 2018 and joined the Delhi Judiciary on June 19, 2021. He has handled various criminal and civil cases while serving as a First Class Judicial Judge and a Civil Judge. On October 18, he assumed the position of full-time secretary of the DLSA at Kakadooma Court.
