Jodhpur: Rajasthan HCJodhpur’s chief judge has granted statutory bail to a teenager arrested in the Pocso case and detained him without a chargesheet for more than 90 days, citing violation of his right to personal liberty.Judge Fajjad Ali also ordered an inquiry into what he called “chronological impossibility” in the case record.The order sheet dated November 24, 2025 mentioned that the trial court rejected the bail plea. Judge Ali noted that the application was not filed until November 28.
